MWUN CELEBRATES SARUMI AS HE CLOCKS 80
The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), led by Comrade (Prince) Dr. Adewale Adeyanju, celebrates and congratulates Adebayo Sarumi on his 80th birthday anniversary.
The much respected former Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Managing Director, is described by the President -General of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria as a detribalised and a seasoned Maritime Administrator of repute, who also managed the administrations of NPA and the Nigerian Shoppers Council simultaneously during his hey days in the public sector.
Prince Adeyanju also said that the revered double Chief Sarumi also has a lot of respect for traditions, hence, he was so decorated in the South West and South South parts of Nigeria respectively, given his commitment and dedication towards the development of the country’s economy through the Maritime sector, where he proved his mettle and astuteness as the Doyen of the Maritime Industry until his befitting retirement from service.
Prince Adeyanju and his entire Union executives are wishing Chief Sarumi a memorable and happy birthday and pray that the Almighty God will grant him good health, prosperity enmeshed in longevity as he gracefully progress in life.
